Electricity subscription

Payment for electricity is made according to an individual counter installed on the common territory of the complex. The readings are taken once a month. Subscription for water

Water is connected within 1-3 days. Then you will receive monthly invoices for payment. List of documents for foreign citizens required to issue a new electricity subscription:

  • A copy of the document where the brand of the meter is indicated.

To transfer the right to use water (for secondary housing) to a foreign citizen, the following documents are required:

  • Photocopy of TAPU;
  • copy of the passport;
  • Copy of a document with a tax number;
  • Dask (earthquake insurance policy);
  • Copy of the document where the number of the previous subscriber is indicated or the old receipt for the payment of water.
