The Ministry of Justice of Turkey adopted a resolution to increase the schedule of work of a duty notary in the provinces. In this regard, notaries will start working additionally from the end of this week in 12 districts of Turkey, including Alanya, which is a tourist center. Additional introduction of the duty notary on weekends in 81 provinces began on April 6 of this year. In order for citizens to perform notarial transactions on weekends, it was decided to move to overtime work in 12 provinces that are tourist centers.
According to this decree, Antalya Alania and Manavgat, Mugla Bodrum, Fethiye and Marmaris, Sirnak Silopi, Balikesir Edremit, Bursa Inegol, Mersin Tarsus, Tekirdag Korlu, Kocaeli Gebze and Aydin (Kusadasi) are included in the number of provinces in the number of items that will be included in the number of items that will be included in the list. weekends.
Public notaries in these areas will work from 10.00 to 16.00 overtime, including the lunch break. The list of notary offices working in this area will be published on the website of the Union of Notaries in Turkey https://portal.tnb.org.tr/Sayfalar/NobetciNoterBul.aspx.

The application will start from the end of this week.
